Pick.A.Roo Launches Kiddie Shopper Summer Program
Available in select Landmark Supermarkets this May, the Pick.A.Roo Kiddie Shopper Summer Program gives kids between the ages of four and eight the opportunity to spend a day acting as Pick.A.Roo Shoppers, assisting with the selection and checkout process for Pick.A.Roo users under the supervision of an on-duty Pick.A.Roo Shopper. Children who sign up for the program will receive a Shopper Kit, which includes a T-shirt, an apron, a hat, and a tote bag that they can wear during the activity.
“Traditionally, summer is when parents enroll their children in special classes and programs to help them develop new skills and hone their talents while picking up important values along the way. Through our Kiddie Shopper Summer Program, we are giving parents an avenue to let their kids undergo a ‘summer on-the-job training’ by being a PICK.A.ROO Shopper. We want kids to have fun while also appreciating the hard work our shoppers put into their jobs, and perhaps even learn the values of hard work, teamwork, discipline, responsibility, and friendship,” Eric Bataga, chief executive officer of PICK.A.ROO, says.Parents interested in enrolling their children in the Kiddie Shopper Summer Program can access the sign-up links through emails and social media posts on the official PICK.A.ROO pages.
Parents and guardians are only required to place an order through the PICK.A.ROO app on the day of their child's schedule.
The Kiddie Shopper Summer Program is scheduled to take place on May 6, 13, and 20, 2023 in Landmark Bonifacio Global City, Trinoma, and Alabang. The first session begins at 9 a.m. and lasts an hour per group of approximately five children.

PICK.A.ROO now has a Pick-Up feature that enables users to order from the shops, groceries, and restaurants available on the PICK.A.ROO app, pay for their orders with a credit card, and collect their orders at their chosen time.
The feature allows parents who are out with their children on the weekend to buy groceries and pick them up on their way home, allowing them to spend more time with their loved ones. Those who are reporting to the office can also use this function to order meals, which they can then collect during their break.
Pick-Up is one of the app's new features. PICK.A.ROO's Mall-in-One function lets users order from many stores in one mall and pay and check out in one transaction. It's like mall shopping without traffic, diversions, or accidental spending. PICK.A.ROO's innovative Single Checkout function lets consumers order, checkout, and pay in one step, saving them time, effort, and delivery fees.
While PICK.A.ROO's Rewards Program, available via the app, gives shoppers extra reasons to shop. Each ₱1,000 spent earns one stamp, which can be exchanged for free delivery, an eco bag, a gift with purchase, discounts, and more.
