GCash Simplifies Sending Money from Abroad with Secure Remittance Partners

GCash has made it easier for Filipinos overseas to send money back home instantly through its official remittance partners. International service providers like Western Union, Ria, Remitly, and MoneyGram allow Filipinos abroad to securely transfer funds directly to their family's GCash accounts.

 

GCash now allows Filipinos abroad to use the app with their international or non-Philippine mobile numbers. This expansion provides both migrants and overseas Filipinos with better control over their finances.

As the Philippines’ top finance app, GCash has expanded its international reach following approval from the Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas. Filipinos in 16 countries, including the US, Canada, Italy, the UK, Australia, Japan, UAE, Qatar, South Korea, Taiwan, Hong Kong, Spain, Germany, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, and Singapore, can now use international mobile numbers to sign up and use the GCash app.

To use GCash outside the Philippines, follow these steps:

3. Set Up MPIN: Create your MPIN and log in.

5. Confirmation: Wait for the SMS confirmation, then enter your MPIN to start using the app.
