Sudio Femtio Bluetooth Speaker Review - A Stylish Wireless Speaker

Finding the right Bluetooth speakers is not an easy task since there are tons of Bluetooth speakers available in the market to choose from. One of them is Sudio, a Swedish audio company that can cater worldwide market.

Folks at Sudio were kind enough to send us their Femtio Bluetooth speaker for review. So here’s our review of one of their audio products, better read on since we will give you a Discount Code if you purchase it on their website.

Design
We can’t deny that Sudio makes really premium audio products, like the Sudio ETTwireless earbuds that we recently reviewed. The Femio comes in elegant packaging, and inside it includes the speaker, USB type-c cable, and some paper materials.

The speaker aesthetic is gorgeous, it has a compact circular bottle body design it has fabric that wraps around the body, Iwith a gunmetal design on both ends of the speaker adds to the premium look. There are control buttons on top for power, pairing, volume up/down, and play/pause buttons. The Anthracite looks premium and sits perfectly in the living room or at the room table.

it comes with a base that holds the battery with four small rubber stoppers to keep it firm when placed on the table with Sudio branding on the front, while the back is the 3.5mm audio jack input, and the USB Type-C port for charging it's protected by a rubber flap, this protects the ports against water splashes.

Features
Sudio did not indicate what type of speaker system that the Femtio uses, but based on the design it looks like there are two satellites on both ends with bass that pumps 10W + 10W power and that’s a really powerful compact speaker.

It uses Bluetooth 5.0 for wireless connection, pairing is seamless just tap the pair button and look for Sudio Femio on your other device and connect. It also supports Siri and Google Assistant. It can also connect two Sudio Femtio speakers to one device with its dual pairing feature, for a more robust sound experience.

This speaker is rated IPX6, which means it’s resistant to water splashes from any direction and resistant to water splashes from any direction. So no worries if you are going to use this by the pool area, or at the beach, and why not bring it while taking a shower.

Audio Quality
This speaker is loud and surprisingly got a very good audio quality with strong bass. But it does get a bit distorted when playing heavy rock music at full volume. Other music genres like jazz, slow music, hip Hop, and party music sound great.

Listening to podcasts is also nice with clear voice quality, and this speaker has a built-in microphone for making calls, and the caller’s voice is clear and the other end of the line can also clearly hear our voice without any problems. We also used it in our Zoom meetings and it works just great.

Battery
According to Sudio, the battery of the Femtio has up to 14 hours of total playtime in one single full charge. On our test, we used the Femtio for an average of 3 hours a day and after five days it still got little power and reminding that the battery is low and needs to be charged. Charging via the Type-C port with a fast charger takes about 2 hours.

Verdict
The Sudio Femtio is a great portable Bluetooth speaker with a nice premium design and looks that can blend in easily any almost any place. It has sound quality with nice bass and loud volume that can fill-up room to enjoy the music. It’s also water-resistant rated IPX6 so you can bring this while enjoying your swim at the pool area. It has a solid connection via its Bluetooth 5.0 with support for Siri and Google Assistant and long battery life.
