Acer Launches new TravelMate Laptops Designed for Students

Acer has unveiled the newest additions to its TravelMate line of Windows 11 Education laptops, which are designed to enhance student's learning experiences and boost their productivity at school and at home.

The Acer TravelMate B5 14 (TMB514-31) is a great laptop for students of all levels managing work and school with its next-generation Intel Core i3-N305 processors and up to 7.5 hours of battery life. 

It features a 14-inch Full HD (1920x1080) display, an HDR camera with webcam privacy shutter, and dual digital microphones that use Acer's PurifiedVoice with AI Noise Reduction technology to reduce background noise during calls to make blended learning and video meetings more engaging. 

Focus sessions and snap layouts in Windows 11's latest release help students get things done. For quick and reliable online access, the TravelMate B5 14 has two USB 3.2 Gen 1 Type-A ports, a Type-C connector, Intel Wi-Fi 6E, and 2x2 MU-MIMO.

Acer TravelMate B3 11/Spin 11
Two new school laptops in the TravelMate B3 series promise to protect K-12 students and allow them to study more. The devices, pre-installed with Windows 11 Pro School or Windows 11 SE and powered by up to an Intel Processor N200, support collaborative and inclusive learning with better privacy settings and current education apps.

School and IT administrators may ease the deployment and maintenance of the latest TravelMate B3 laptops with Windows 11 and Microsoft cloud services' unified management tools and the integration of software and hardware security measures.

The sturdy laptops were thoughtfully built to reduce exterior impact damage. The TravelMate B3's conventional clamshell shape weighs 1.4 kg, while the convertible model weighs 1.5 kg (3.3 lbs) (3.1 lbs).

Acer's Antimicrobial Corning Gorilla Glass protects the Acer TravelMate B3 Spin 11's (TMB311R-33/TMB311RN-33) optional 11.6-inch FHD touch display. A dockable Wacom AES stylus lets users tailor educational PCs to suit learning preferences. A 5MP world-facing camera enhances student collaboration and flexibility. The TravelMate B3 Spin 11 has a 10-hour battery life, whereas the B3 11 has 9.5 hours. It also features the latest connectivity ports to facilitate collaborative engagements.

Acer User Sensing Software Improves Computer Habits
All TravelMate Laptops come with Acer's User Sensing Software, which protects students' privacy and promotes better computing habits. The Break Reminder option reminds students to take breaks from their gadgets to avoid stress and eye strain since they lose track of time when studying. 

The new laptops' Screen Distance Reminder alerts users when they are too close to the display. User Sensing AutoLock features with optional built-in proximity sensors accurately identify users' presence based on range and movement and automatically lock the screen when they leave their computers.

The latest TravelMate B series school laptops also consider sustainability and waste reduction. The elegant OceanGlass touchpads and molded pulp packaging use recycled paper.
