PDAX is UnionBank’s Digital Business Solutions Official Crypto Solutions Partner

Philippine Digital Asset Exchange

Philippine Digital Asset Exchange (PDAX), the country's leading cryptocurrency exchange supervised by the Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas, has joined UnionBank Philippines (UBP) Digital Business Solutions Partner Referral Program as a fintech partner for crypto services and digital solutions.

PDAX's partnership with UBP allows the leading digital bank to recommend PDAX's trusted crypto services and digital solutions to their esteemed business-to-business (B2B) clients, legitimizing PDAX to a wider market and expanding its reach across various industries. UBP's vote of confidence will help PDAX build its client base in the Philippines and better understand the market, while the UBP team endorses PDAX's crypto solutions to customers whom they believe will benefit most.

UBP customers will have exclusive access to a selected set of partner products that will enhance their banking services, including PDAX's crypto services, through the Digital Business Products Referral Partnership Program. The program, which aims to "tech up industries through digital synergies and collaboration," will allow UBP corporate account holders to seamlessly access crypto-based trading at globally competitive prices, top cryptocurrencies, remittances, cross-border settlements, digital investments, payments, and other digital assets in real-time through the UBP app with security and liquidity.
“We at PDAX are proud to have a partner such as UBP, one of the most innovative banks globally, as it supports innovations in the crypto and digital asset space,” Nichel Gaba, CEO of PDAX, said in a statement.
“The program accepts only the best possible partners who pass the high standards of the UBP Fintech Group. Through this vote of confidence, PDAX is thrilled to work with UBP for exciting times ahead. We’re looking forward to working hand in hand with UBP and digitally enabling Philippine institutions,” Gaba added.
UBP Fintech Group AVP for Sales Andrew Garcia states "On behalf of our Fintech Business Group Head, Erika, I wish to thank PDAX for embarking on this journey with UnionBank as we ideate, co-create and tech-up the organizations which aim to include crypto services in their key offerings, primarily those in the payments segment, remittances and financial institutions – from trading or conversion, crypto deposits and withdrawals and Fiat payouts, among others. May this partnership bring forth a more OPENLY digitalized future for our business clients, our communities and our country."
