PJ Lhuillier Group of Companies, also known as Cebuana Lhuillier, is broadening its range of microfinancial services by entering the ridesharing sector with the introduction of the Xpress Philippines App (Xpress).

Recently securing licenses from the Land Transportation Franchising and Regulatory Board (LTFRB) for 4-wheel vehicles and Technical Working Group (TWG) accreditation for 2-wheel vehicles, this move signifies a new phase in adaptable and regulation-compliant urban mobility in Metro Manila.

Xpress is designed to provide a smooth and effective transportation solution for navigating the Metro. Committed to safety, convenience, and affordability, Xpress is positioned to emerge as the preferred option for both Filipino commuters and international travelers.

This app is tailor-fit to address the transportation needs of Filipinos, taking into consideration the safety of the drivers and their clients." Expansion of Skilled Driver Fleet
Xpress is committed to expanding its fleet of skilled and quality drivers through ongoing Driver Acquisition Onboarding and Training at the Xpress Office. Aspiring partner drivers for both 2-wheel and 4-wheel vehicles can visit the Xpress Training Office at 3 Brixton St., Brgy. Kapitolyo, Pasig City, Monday to Friday.

Availability and Soft Launch
The Xpress Driver app is currently available for download on the Google Play Store, while customers can pre-register for the Xpress customer app on the same platform. 

The soft launch of Xpress will offer 2-wheel and 4-wheel rides in the Central Business Districts of Makati, Pasig, and Taguig, providing customers in these areas with the convenience and efficiency of Xpress services.
