With over 10 million customers, Home Credit Philippines serves a wide range of Filipinos, with 78% of sales coming from outside the National Capital Region. To cater to this diversity, Home Credit offers tailored financial solutions to empower its customers.

Sheila Paul, Home Credit's Chief Marketing Officer, highlighted that Home Credit runs three major year-round campaigns to provide financial opportunities during peak shopping seasons. These campaigns—Summer, Back-to-School, and Holiday—feature 0% interest installment rates on products.
"We design campaigns with our diverse customer base in mind," Paul said. "Our efforts to make financial solutions accessible through these campaigns enable our customers to live the life they desire. Their positive response is a testament to our commitment to providing the best initiatives for Filipinos."
Trusted Partner for Lifestyle Products
Home Credit has seen a growing demand to finance a wide range of commodities. Originally financing just four types of products—smartphones, televisions, computers, and laptops. Home Credit now supports over 80 types of commodities, including tablets, e-bikes, musical instruments, furniture, and medical needs. This expansion is thanks to strong partnerships with trusted brands and retail stores such as Abenson, Acer, Cellboy, Digimap, Imperial Appliance Plaza, Octagon, Power Mac Center, Samsung, and Silicon Valley.

Top-Selling Products
Smartphones are Home Credit's top-selling product, with over 12 million units sold. In 2023 alone, the company financed 12.5 million mobile phones worth P30 billion, with iPhones accounting for P6 billion. Other top-financed products include televisions (1.2 million units), computers and laptops (900,000 units), and air conditioners (500,000 units). The company's 0% interest deals, such as the Summer Campaign's promotion on cooling appliances, significantly contribute to these numbers.

A New Way for Filipinos to Shop
Filipino shopping habits have shifted towards online shopping, especially for price research, while still valuing in-store experiences for unknown products. To adapt, Home Credit launched Shoppingmall.ph, an online platform offering over 50,000 deals from more than 500 merchants. This platform allows customers to find the best deals and choose their preferred stores from Home Credit's extensive network.

As Home Credit enters a new decade, it remains committed to empowering Filipinos with more financial solutions, more store locations, innovative technologies, and customer-centric services. The company continues to make credit opportunities more accessible, staying true to its mission of being every Filipino’s financial ally.
