New Features for a Better Shopping Experience

COD Unbox: Return on the Spot: This feature allows Cash-On-Delivery (COD) customers to open and inspect their items upon delivery. If there are any issues, such as damages or incorrect items, users can return the parcel to the delivery rider immediately.

Free & Easy Returns: Shopee's Return and Refund policy now lets buyers return their orders without contacting the seller. The new "Change of Mind" option allows returns if the product’s fit or style is unsuitable.

Shopee On-Time Delivery: To ensure timely deliveries, Shopee's new program offers discount vouchers if an order arrives late. This reinforces Shopee's commitment to fast and reliable delivery services.
