At VivaTech 2024, a panel discussion featured industry expert Dr. Justine Cassell, who explored the future of multimodal interaction. He noted, “Humans live multimodally, and the integration of verbal and nonverbal cues in AI systems predicts a future where multimodally-sensitive AI on phones helps a diverse range of users.”

The Four-Layer AI Architecture consists of:
  1. Cross-device and Cross-OS AI: This foundational layer creates an open ecosystem, enabling computing power and service sharing among HONOR devices and operating systems.
  2. Platform-level AI: This layer personalizes the operating system, allowing for intent-based human-computer interaction and efficient resource allocation.
  3. App-level AI: It pioneers innovative, generative AI applications, revolutionizing user experiences.
  4. Interface to Cloud-AI services: This ensures user access to extensive cloud services while prioritizing privacy protection.

Enhancing User Experience with MagicOS 8.0 and Magic Portal
MagicOS 8.0, featuring Magic Portal, is the industry’s first intent-based UI that understands user behavior and simplifies complex tasks into single-step processes. Magic Portal currently supports 100 top applications across various categories like travel, productivity, messaging, search, entertainment, shopping, and social media. HONOR plans to expand this support to provide even more seamless and intelligent AI experiences. Additionally, MagicOS 8.0 will be rolled out to HONOR Magic V2 and HONOR 90 devices.

Revolutionized Portrait Photography with HONOR 200 Series
Inspired by Studio Harcourt’s legendary portrait photography techniques, the HONOR 200 Series uses AI to replicate the studio’s iconic lighting and shadow effects, ensuring studio-quality portraits with every shot. The HONOR 200 Series was launched in Paris on June 12, 2024.
