Maya and Pepsi-Cola Team Up to Bring Digital Payments and Credit to Local Stores

Maya has partnered with Pepsi-Cola Products Philippines, Inc. (PCPPI) to help modernize how payments and credit are handled by over 200,000 distributors and retailers—including sari-sari stores—across the country.

This new digital move aims to make life easier for business owners in PCPPI’s network. With Maya’s all-in-one digital banking and payments platform, distributors and retailers can now collect payments faster, access credit more easily, and simplify their daily operations.

Instead of dealing with cash and the risks that come with it—like theft, delays, and human error—retailers can now use Maya’s cashless system. It lets them track transactions in real-time and speeds up collections, helping business owners focus more on selling and less on accounting.

Another key part of this partnership is easier access to financing. Using AI to analyze real-time sales and payment data, Maya can offer personalized working capital loans. This gives sari-sari stores and distributors a smarter way to fund their inventory and keep their shelves stocked.

To make things even smoother, Maya’s tools will be built directly into PCPPI’s Distributor Management System. That means everything from collecting payments to getting inventory loans will be handled in one connected system.
