This move confirms Infinix’s strong commitment to supporting the local esports scene while delivering high-performance devices built for competitive gaming.
The crowd at the MPL Season 15 Playoffs Grand Finals was treated to more than just epic matches. Infinix brought the hype with fun activities, exclusive prizes, and hands-on experiences with the Infinix GT 30 Pro.
On top of that, Team Liquid Philippines (TLPH) was crowned champion and awarded the prestigious GT Champion Set. Each player received custom GT Champion Jackets, GT AI Rings, and the powerful GT 30 Pro, making their victory even more special.
Infinix also hosted the MPL Alamat Awards, a celebration of standout players from the season. The All-Star Team 1 was recognized for their incredible performance, with each member receiving a GT 20 Pro. The awards were handed out by Jelly Buan, Infinix Philippines Marketing Manager.
Meanwhile, the Most Improved Player award was presented by Irish Del Rosario, Public Relations Supervisor at Infinix Philippines. The winner took home the sleek and powerful Infinix Concept Gaming Phone, showing that hard work and growth on the battlefield don’t go unnoticed.
One of the most touching moments of the event was the reveal of the MGT (My Greatest Teammate) Award. This unique award was based on secret votes from teammates, highlighting the player who may not always be in the spotlight, but is the true heart of the team.
Alston "Sanji" Pabico received this special recognition, along with a GT Trophy and an Infinix Concept Gaming Phone, honoring his silent but impactful role in the team’s championship run.
The Infinix GT 30 Pro has officially been named the tournament phone for MPL Season 16, setting a new standard for mobile gaming devices.
“With the GT 30 Pro set as the official tournament phone for MPL Season 16, we’re raising the bar for performance and reliability on the competitive stage,” said Harry Leonardo, Infinix Regional Game Marketing Lead.
With advanced hardware, smooth gameplay, and pro-level features, the GT 30 Pro is designed to handle even the most demanding mobile titles. And Infinix isn’t stopping there—it continues to support grassroots esports with its Campus Cup (XCC) initiative, helping young gamers level up.
The celebration continued with FANSiklaban, where community teams battled it out on stage. Attendees explored the Infinix Experience Booth, played mini-games, and got a hands-on feel of the GT 30 Pro.
Special guest Chacha Pega, a popular gaming streamer, brought excitement to the event, while P-pop group MNL48 amped up the energy with a live performance that kept fans on their feet.
“We’re proud to champion Filipino esports excellence by supporting premier events like MPL and equipping athletes with pro-level tools,” said Jelly Buan.
