LG Electronics welcomed the holiday season with its Joyful Clean Holiday Pop-Up, held from December 12 to 17, 2025, at SM Mall of Asia. The event gave guests an early look at LG’s latest home solutions, including the new LG AI Washing Machines and the updated LG Styler, all built around smart Korean technology designed for everyday living.
Hosted by Kuk Shine, the pop-up mixed smart home tech with a festive vibe. The space was filled with lights, music, and interactive zones that made it easy for families, shoppers, and fashion lovers to explore LG’s newest innovations. The event also featured a special appearance by Kim Won Shik and a lively performance by the Saja Boys, adding energy and excitement to the holiday setting.
A Hands-On Look at Smart Laundry and Garment Care
The Joyful Clean Pop-Up focused on real-life use. Visitors were able to try the LG Styler with HandySteamer and see how LG AI Washing Machines fit into busy holiday routines. From quick outfit refreshes to handling large piles of family laundry, the displays showed how these appliances are made to simplify daily chores, especially during the holidays.
According to Mr. Nakhyun Seong, LG Philippines Managing Director, the pop-up was designed to let people experience LG’s products up close. “We’re excited to open this week-long pop-up store where you can experience the latest innovations from our new AI-powered Washing Machines and the new LG Styler. These products represent the best of Korean technology: smart, efficient, and designed to make everyday living easier, especially during the busy holiday season,” he shared.

“LG AI washers are designed to handle bigger loads, perfect for families during the holidays. You can wash more clothes in fewer loads, and these models come with bigger capacity options. The LED model has clean, modern touch buttons, and the LCD model is very intuitive and user-friendly,” Patricia explained.
With the LG ThinQ App, users can download special cycles like the Pet Care Cycle, which helps reduce pet odors and stains. This makes the washers useful for homes with pets and busy schedules, keeping clothes fresh even during peak laundry days.

Korean actor and singer Kim Won Shik added star power to the event, sharing his thoughts on LG’s washing machines. “With my busy schedule, rehearsals, filming, and traveling, taking care of my clothes is important.
