realme 16 Pro Series 5G Launched: Premium Design and 200MP Camera

realme has officially introduced the realme 16 Pro Series in India. The lineup includes two models, the realme 16 Pro 5G and the realme 16 Pro+ 5G, both designed to continue the brand’s Number Series focus on style, cameras, and everyday performance.

Design Inspired by Nature and City Life
A major highlight of the realme 16 Pro Series is its design. Developed in collaboration with world-renowned designer Naoto Fukasawa, the phones introduce the Urban Wild Design concept. This design blends natural textures with a clean urban look, aiming to give users a calm and comfortable feel even during busy daily use.

The series uses an industry-first bio-based organic silicone material, paired with smooth curves and premium finishing. In the hand, the phones feel balanced and refined without looking too flashy.

Color options are also inspired by nature. Depending on the model, the series comes in Master Gold, Master Grey, Camellia Pink, Orchid Purple, and Pebble Grey, giving users a mix of soft and elegant choices.

200MP Portrait Master Camera
realme puts strong focus on photography with the 16 Pro Series. Both models are built around a 200MP Portrait Master camera, designed to capture detailed portraits with natural colors and good depth. At the center of this setup is the 200MP LumaColor Camera, supported by optical image stabilization. It is designed for group shots, solo portraits, and everyday photos, keeping skin tones realistic while adding smooth background blur.

The series also debuts LumaColor IMAGE, realme’s self-developed portrait imaging technology. It balances light and color in real time, helping photos look natural across different lighting conditions. To support this, realme has also established the LumaColor IMAGE LAB in collaboration with TÜV Rheinland.

Smooth Displays for Daily Use
Both phones feature large AMOLED displays with a 144Hz refresh rate, making scrolling, gaming, and watching videos feel smooth. Colors look rich, and brightness levels are high enough for outdoor viewing.

The realme 16 Pro+ 5G adds extra protection with Corning Gorilla Glass 7i and slightly higher brightness, making it more suitable for heavy daily use.

Performance and Battery
The realme 16 Pro 5G is powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 7300 Max 5G, offering reliable performance for daily apps, multitasking, and casual gaming.

Meanwhile, the realme 16 Pro+ 5G uses the Snapdragon 7 Gen 4, giving it stronger performance for gaming and more demanding tasks. Both phones run on realme UI 7.0 and pack a large 7000mAh battery, paired with 80W Ultra Charge for faster top-ups.
