One of the highlights of the NOTE Edge is its 6500mAh battery. What makes it more impressive is that it fits inside a 7.2mm thin body that weighs just 185g. Infinix says it can last up to 26 hours of Google Maps navigation or 22 hours of YouTube playback.
The phone also introduces a self-repairing battery system. When fully drained, a low-current repair process activates to help maintain long-term battery health. Infinix claims over 80% capacity retention after 2,000 full cycles, which translates to roughly six years of typical use.
Charging is handled by a 45W system in Hyper Mode. From 1%, it can reach 50% in 27 minutes and go full in about 62 minutes. It adjusts charging speeds depending on the situation, helping balance speed and battery health.
XOS 16 and Smart Features
The NOTE Edge runs XOS 16 based on Android 16. The new Glow Space design gives a lighter, more modern interface. Animations feel smooth, and daily navigation is fluid.
A side-mounted customizable One-Tap Button instantly activates the FOLAX AI assistant. It can analyze what’s on screen, provide quick answers, translate text in real time, or summarize long recordings.
Infinix also promises three major Android-based XOS upgrades up to XOS 19, plus five years of security patches. That long-term support adds value for users planning to keep the phone for several years.
50MP Camera with Live Photo Mode
The NOTE Edge uses a 50MP main camera with a 1/2-inch sensor and 0.8μm pixels. It performs well in low-light scenes, capturing more detail and natural colors in night shots or indoor settings. AI tools are built into the system, including one-tap photo editing in the gallery, FOLAX AI support, and SnapMemo for organizing information.
For content creators, the new Live Photo mode records 3-second clips with audio. Users can scrub through the timeline to pick the best frame. It also allows direct export to GIF or MP4, making it easier to share on social platforms.

The NOTE Edge comes in Lunar Titanium, Silk Green, Stellar Blue, and Shadow Black. The Silk Green variant stands out with a leather-like finish inspired by silk.
