Power Mac Center has officially introduced the all-new MacBook Neo in the Philippines, with simultaneous launch events held at Greenbelt 3 and SM Megamall. The rollout was anything but quiet, drawing large crowds and turning into a full-scale launch experience rather than a typical product release.
The strong turnout highlighted the continued excitement around new Mac devices, with customers lining up early for both the product and the launch-day exclusives.
Customers who attended the launch were treated to exclusive offers right from the start. Those present received an event-exclusive bundle that included an AirPods Pro 2 and an AirTag 4-pack. Qualified pre-order customers also unlocked more than ₱12,000 worth of additional freebies, adding more value to early purchases.
The event also introduced a giveaway element. Attendees who stayed in line until 7PM at both Greenbelt 3 and SM Megamall had the opportunity to win prizes worth up to ₱600,000 (₱300,000 per location), which kept engagement high throughout the day.
For those who missed the launch, Power Mac Center confirmed that selected promotions will continue over the following days.
Beyond the product itself, the launch emphasized the overall customer experience. “We are taking Apple fans on a lifestyle journey worthy of the anticipation for the new MacBook Neo. With every device Power Mac Center launches, we make sure our customers know we stand behind their purchase, helping them choose better, set up faster, and get more out of what they’re upgrading to,” PMC Director for Marketing and Product Management Joey Alvarez.
Power Mac Center continues to position the MacBook Neo under its “Mac&Me” initiative, which centers on making the Mac easy to use and easy to own. This approach includes not only the device but also the support ecosystem around it—training programs, service support, and upgrade pathways. For many users, especially those transitioning to macOS for the first time, these added layers of support play a significant role in the overall experience.
Several promotions remain available for customers planning to purchase the MacBook Neo. Accessories are offered at up to 50% off until April 30, 2026, available for straight payments alongside any MacBook Neo purchase.
The 1 Infinite loyalty program introduces a limited “double burn” offer where 1 point equals ₱2. Members can redeem up to 2,500 points (₱5,000 off) with no minimum spend from April 23 to 26, 2026.
Through the UpTrade program, customers trading in a MacBook Air (M2 or earlier) can receive up to ₱4,000 in additional trade-in value when upgrading to the MacBook Neo or MacBook Air (M5). This runs until May 10, 2026.
Customers who purchase the MacBook Neo until April 30, 2026 will also receive a 90-day complimentary software fix from Mobile Care Service Center, along with free training through Basecamp, which includes a MacBook Neo + AI Toolkit for Beginners session.
Additional perks include Grab vouchers for purchases made until April 24, 2026, along with flexible payment options through partner institutions.
Power Mac Center is offering multiple payment options through major banks and financing partners. These include installment plans of up to 36 months at 0% interest, Buy Now Pay Later schemes, cashback offers, and bonus Power Mac Center Gift Certificates.
All offers are available for in-store transactions, with full mechanics dependent on the chosen provider. Customers are also encouraged to join the 1 Infinite program to maximize rewards, earn points, and access exclusive perks tied to purchases.
