Infinix Philippines brought gaming fans, media partners, and content creators together for the GT NXperience: Media & Fans Gathering on October 9, 2026, at NAOS Esports Arena, DoubleDragon Plaza, Pasay City.
The event showcased the Infinix GT NX Controller and GT NX Station, giving attendees hands-on opportunities to explore new ways to enjoy mobile gaming through precision controls and bigger-screen gameplay.
Irish Del Rosario, Public Relations Manager of Infinix Philippines, welcomed guests and encouraged them to experience the devices firsthand. “Tonight we’re not here just to talk, we’re here to play,” she shared.
During the product presentation, Willy Lloyd Cruz, Community Manager of Infinix Philippines, highlighted the GT NX Controller's up to 22 hours of playtime and Split Controller Mode. The GT NX Station, meanwhile, supports screen extension and mirroring and features a built-in thermoelectric cooling (TEC) system designed to help manage heat during gameplay.
Gaming Beyond the Smartphone
The gathering featured three interactive gaming stations. At Station 1, guests played Blood Strike using the Infinix GT 50 Pro and GT NX Controller. Station 2 hosted a BombSquad 1v1 challenge, putting the controller's precision and responsiveness to the test.
At Station 3, the GT NX Station connected to a television for Beach Buggy Racing, demonstrating how mobile games can be enjoyed on a larger display.
The highlight was the GT NXperience 1v1 Challenge, which pitted four randomly selected fans against four media participants. The champion won an Infinix GT 50 Pro, GT NX Controller, and GT NX Station.
Guests also enjoyed a photobooth, a customizable fidget-clicker station, and a raffle featuring GT NX apparel, GT Buds 5, GT Watch 5 Pro, and GT NX product sets.
Availability in the Philippines
The Infinix GT NXperience highlighted how Infinix is expanding its gaming ecosystem beyond smartphones. The GT NX Controller offers an alternative control setup, while the GT NX Station supports larger-screen gameplay for players who want a different way to enjoy their favorite titles.
