The long wait is finally over, as realme Philippines officially launches the new realme 8 series in thier biggest online event yet seen live on Facebook, and Youtube with realme Ambassador Kathryn Bernardo.
It is powered by MediaTek Helio G95 mobile chipset with 8GB of RAM and 128GB storage and 5,000mAh battery with 30W Dart Charge.
The realme 8 boast quad camera system at the back with a 64-megpaixel main sensor with an 8-megapixel ultra-wide, a 2-megapixel sensors for macro and B/W. While at the front is a 16-megapixel selfie camera on the punch hole in the corner.

Pricing and Availability
The realme 8 Pro will be available with retail price of ₱16,990, while the realme 8 will be available for ₱13,990. Both the realme 8 series offerings will be exclusively available at ₱1,000 off during the Lazada flash sale on May 12, 2021.
From May 13 onwards, the realme 8 will be available for purchase at regular price in all realme ecomm platforms, concept stores, kiosks, and partner dealers nationwide. The realme 8 Pro, on the other hand, will only be available from May 22 onwards. Pre-orders made for the realme 8 Pro from May 11-22, 2021 will come with a free realme Buds Air Pro worth ₱4,990.
In addition, flexible payment plans are also available for the realme 8 series via Home Credit at 6 or 9-month installment plans for the realme 8 Pro, and at a 6-month installment plan for the realme 8, all at 0 % interest. Installment plans for major credit cards are also available.
