Introduction of Ramanas Park
Ramanas Park is a new facility that trainers can visit after being admitted. They will find Ramanas roses blooming proudly throughout this beautiful, expansive park. The park is dotted with caves, each with a mysterious atmosphere. Trainers are likely to encounter Legendary Pokémon there. They can then face the incredible power of Legendary Pokémon with a fully trained Pokémon team. In Ramanas Park, there are pedestals where you can place a Legendary Pokémon's corresponding slate. The slates help you find Legendary Pokémon.

Legendary Pokémon trainers can encounter
Legendary Pokémon can be found in Ramanas Park. Some Legendary Pokémon can only be found in certain game versions, but trainers can still try to obtain them by trading with other Trainers. Legendary Pokémon like Mewtwo and Rayquaza can be encountered. They can also meet Suicune and Moltres in Pokémon Brilliant Diamond and Pearl. In Pokémon Shining Pearl, Articuno, Zapdos, Moltres, and Lugia can be found.

Befriend a Mythical Pokémon as a perk
In Pokémon Sword, Pokémon Shield, Let's Go, Pikachu! and Let's Go, Eevee, trainers can befriend a fabled Pokémon. Trainers can get a Mythical Pokémon in Pokémon Brilliant Diamond or Shining Pearl by using stored data from one of the qualifying games. In the flower field on the southwest end of Floaroma Town, trainers can speak to a guy and obtain the Mythical Pokémon Jirachi. Trainers with saved data from Let's Go, Pikachu! or Let's Go, Eevee! Speak to a lady in the flower field southwest of Floaroma Town to receive the Mythical Pokémon Mew.

On November 11, the Nintendo Switch games Pokémon Brilliant Diamond and Pokémon Shining Pearl received an update (version 1.1.0), making trainers' lives easier. The Grand Underground, Super Contest Shows, Union Room, and Mystery Gift now have communication functions. Trainers can also use features like the Grand Underground, Super Contest Shows, and the Union Room to communicate locally or online. This includes presents from the Mystery Gift.

In addition, after entering the Hall of Fame, trainers can enjoy some game elements such as the Ramanas Park. Certain animated scenes and in-games movies, including the title demo that plays when the software was booted up and the ending movie, were also added. Some issues have also been fixed for a more pleasant gameplay.

About planned future updates, on the day of the release, trainers can expect interactions using local and internet communication in the Union Room that will be limited to two players. They will be able to battle, trade, or mix records in the Union Room at first, but a future update is planned to enable greeting and Capsule Decoration functions as well. Additionally, future updates are planned to enable Link Trades at the Global Wonder Station (GWS) in Jubilife City, as well as Link Battles via the Colosseum function in Pokémon Centers.

Collaboration event with Pokémon GO!

On November 16, from 10 am to 8:00 p.m., and on November 21, a collaboration event will be held in Pokémon GO to commemorate the release of the Pokémon Brilliant Diamond and Pokémon Shining Pearl games for Nintendo Switch systems. During the event period, Pokémon with special connections to Pokémon Brilliant Diamond and Pokémon Shining Pearl, as well as Turtwig, Chimchar, and Piplup wearing special costumes, will appear in Pokémon GO. Likewise, avatar items, based on the outfits of the protagonists of Pokémon Brilliant Diamond and Pokémon Shining Pearl, will also be available in the Pokémon GO.
