Metrobank is LinkedIn's Best Banking Employer for 2022

Metrobank is named by LinkedIn this year as the best bank for job seekers aiming to enter the banking and finance industry. Metrobank was named fourth on LinkedIn's 2022 Top Companies List for the Philippines, which ranked 15 local businesses.

Metropolitan Bank & Trust Co. also bested all other domestic banks as the best banking employer in the country. LinkedIn said these companies offer stability amid a constantly changing work environment and they not only attract employees but strive to retain them.

The two previous years have been challenging for businesses, especially in terms of human resource operations. The pandemic has pushed firms to implement efforts to maintain staff productivity and morale, as well as to alter their systems and procedures.

In light of this, Metrobank has made it a priority to guarantee that all of its more than 14,000 workers are cared for and provided with tools to boost their productivity.
