Manny Pacquiao Partners with Start Inc. and NFT One
The former senator attended the contract signing processes involving START Inc. and NFT One on December 13, 2022 at the EDSA Shangri-La just after returning from his thrilling exhibition match versus South Korean martial artist DK Yoo over the weekend.
The two businesses, which specialize in creating and selling non-fungible tokens (NFTs), have been generating a lot of attention in the Japanese NFT community thanks to their best-selling one-of-a-kind collections.
Under the direction of its founder and CEO KOUSEI, START Inc. conceptualized its objective of creating an online community that not only serves as a viable platform for NFT trade but also as a more comprehensive network composed of reputable and mostly Asian influencers from different parts of the world.
Last month saw the debut of this community's first NFT collection under the name STARTJPN. In its first market, OpenSea, STARTJPN's NEO STACKEY collection sold all 1,650 of its units in a matter of seconds, climbing to the top two most trending collections globally. The collection witnessed an exponential increase in value in a matter of hours.
Inspired by this positive start, STARTJPN is prepared to build on its success by releasing its succeeding collections, including STARTJPN ALL-STARS, JAPAN Dream Collection, CRYPTO NINJA X STARTJPN, and TOKYO ALTERNATIVE GIRLS.
With its agreement with CEO Yuhua Shi's Singapore-based NFT One, START anticipates a stronger position in the NFT market. The appointment of legendary Filipino boxing legend Manny Pacquiao as START Inc.'s Honorary Chairman and STARTJPN's Ambassador adds even more credibility to this auspicious partnership.
With millions of loyal fans and followers, Pacquiao has established his reputation as one of the most successful brand ambassadors in sports. He has established a cult following in Japan alone, is treated like a rock star everywhere he travels, and is worshipped and adored. It comes as no surprise how the boxing icon willingly accepted his appointment as START's official brand ambassador.
As part of its core advocacies, START Inc. also plans to build schools and other learning institutions, encourage a new generation of NFT creators and engineers to pursue their own paths, and help create new breakthroughs in the local NFT industry.
