Xiaomi 13 Ultra With 50MP Leica Lens Launched!

Xiaomi 13 Ultra

The Xiaomi 13 Ultra is the result of the most anticipated collaboration between Xiaomi and Leica. Featuring a quad-camera system centered on the primary camera's 1-inch sensor and variable aperture. and Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 performance.

Xiaomi 13 Ultra

The Xiaomi 13 Ultra features a 6.73" WQHD+ display with exceptional color accuracy and a peak brightness of up to 2600 nits. It also supports end-to-end experience supported by Dolby Vision.

The Xiaomi 13 Ultra's quad camera system has Leica optical lenses with focal lengths ranging from 12mm (ultra-wide angle) to 120mm (super-telephoto) and 46mm and 240mm through the In-Sensor-Zoom. Variable aperture gives the smartphone's professional camera full focal length versatility.

Three of the Xiaomi 13 Ultra's cameras have an aperture wider than f/2.0, which lets in light, creates a shallow depth of field, and shortens shutter times to capture natural and unmissable moments. The main camera's ultra-large 1-inch IMX989 sensor and new physical two-stop aperture between f/1.9 and f/4.0 allow content makers to customize exposures for diverse settings.

Inspired by the "hyperfocal distance" shooting method commonly used by street photographers, Xiaomi 13 Ultra also brings a new Fast Shot mode that allows taking focus-free snapshots by setting the focus point manually, and later starting and capturing the moment in just 0.8s.

With its circular camera module, unibody metal frame, and leather texture finish, the Xiaomi 13 Ultra pays tribute to the classic look of Leica's M camera series. It weighs 227 g, and the unibody metal frame provides a solid foundation and a better grip.

The Xiaomi 13 Ultra's second-generation antibacterial nanotech silicone leather back surface resists fingerprints and smudges and is antibacterial and anti-yellowing. 99% bacterial inhibition makes it ideal for most environments.

Xiaomi 13 Ultra is powered by the latest Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 flagship chipset, which uses 4nm process technology, with 16GB of LPDDR5x RAM and 1 TB of UFS 4.0 storage. It also features a USB 3.2 Gen 1 interface that supports 4K 60Hz DisplayPort visual output. It also has Xiaomi's Loop LiquidCool technology, the first landing of an aerospace-grade big toroidal cooling system on a smartphone.

Xiaomi 13 Ultra uses a 5,000mAh battery, a Xiaomi Surge P2 Charging Chip, and a Xiaomi Surge G1 Battery Management Chip to estimate battery life at a very granular level. The Xiaomi 13 Ultra's hibernation mode automatically activates when the battery is low, restricting background activities and adding up to 60 minutes of standby.
