ASUS Philippines has officially introduced the new ASUS ExpertBook P5 G2 and ExpertBook P3 G2 in the country, bringing a stronger push toward AI-powered business laptops for professionals, hybrid workers, and growing companies.
ASUS is positioning these machines for actual day-to-day work scenarios instead of simply throwing AI branding everywhere. From long meetings and heavy multitasking to remote work setups and business travel, both laptops are clearly designed around how many Filipino professionals work today.
The new ExpertBook models are powered by AMD Ryzen AI processors, paired with enterprise-grade security, military-grade durability, and a surprisingly portable design considering the hardware packed inside.

Leading the lineup is the ASUS ExpertBook P5 G2, a premium AI business laptop available in a 14-inch configuration. It’s powered by up to an AMD Ryzen AI 9 HX processor with up to 55 NPU TOPS, allowing AI workloads to run locally through a dedicated Neural Processing Unit (NPU). ASUS says this helps improve AI-related performance without affecting overall system responsiveness during multitasking.

Its Certified Copilot+ PC, the laptop also supports Microsoft Copilot AI features, including real-time language translation, intelligent document retrieval, and AI workflow assistance. A dedicated Copilot key is included on the keyboard for quick access.
ASUS also introduced ASUS MyExpert, an AI productivity platform exclusive to select ExpertBook models. Features include AI Chat, Knowledge Hub, writing assistance tools, and intelligent mailbox management. ASUS AI ExpertMeet is also included, offering AI Meeting Minutes, AI noise cancellation, and translated subtitles supporting more than 40 languages.
The laptop features a 16:10 display with up to 2.5K WQXGA resolution and a 144Hz refresh rate, with optional OLED and touchscreen configurations available. The 14-inch model starts at 1.27kg and includes Wi-Fi 7 support alongside a full set of connectivity ports including USB 4 Type-C, HDMI 2.1, and RJ45 Ethernet.

The ASUS ExpertBook P3 G2 is available in both 14-inch and 16-inch variants and is positioned for hybrid workers, administrators, and professionals looking for a more balanced business laptop setup.

Display options include up to a 2.5K anti-glare panel with a 144Hz refresh rate, while battery configurations reach up to 70Wh. Like the P5 G2, the ExpertBook P3 G2 also includes ASUS AI ExpertMeet features such as AI Meeting Minutes, translated subtitles, and AI-powered noise cancellation for video conferencing.
