Concentrix is continuing its expansion in the Philippines with the launch of iX360 and its new GBF Tower site in Quezon City. The global technology and services company says the move highlights its ongoing investment in innovation, digital transformation, and workplace development in the country.
Called “iX360 and GBF Site: Digital Journeys Reimagined,” the dual launch brings together AI-powered solutions, immersive technology experiences, and a modern workspace designed for thousands of employees.
The event was attended by representatives from DICT, PEZA, Quezon City LGU, CCAP, IBPAP, Philippine Airlines, Robinsons Land Corporation, and other public and private sector partners.

One of the biggest highlights of the launch is iX360, an immersive experience center where clients and employees can explore technologies focused on customer experience, automation, analytics, and artificial intelligence.

Instead of a traditional showroom setup, the space is designed to be more interactive. During demonstrations, visitors can experience real-world simulations that show how businesses can apply AI and digital tools in actual operations. It gives a more practical view of how these technologies work beyond presentations and slides.
Concentrix says the goal is to create an environment where organizations can collaborate, test ideas, and co-create solutions in a more hands-on way.
New GBF Tower Site Expands PH Operations
Alongside iX360, Concentrix also officially opened its new site at GBF Tower in Quezon City. The facility now serves almost 4,000 employees and becomes the company’s 52nd site in the Philippines.
The new office spans seven floors with nearly 20,000 square meters of space. Combined with iX360, the project represents around ₱2 billion in investment from Concentrix.

The workplace itself looks built for long shifts and day-to-day comfort. Employees have access to amenities such as a gym, clinic, wellness and recreational areas, multiple pantries, sleeping quarters, and shower rooms. It’s the kind of setup many workers now expect, especially in large-scale tech and BPO environments where hybrid workflows and employee wellness are becoming bigger priorities.
Teams at the GBF Tower site will support industries including FinTech, Digital Media, Education, Retail and Consumer Goods, Travel, Transport, Wellness, and Utilities.
