JBL has introduced a wide range of new audio products in the Philippines, expanding its lineup across portable speakers, PartyBox systems, home audio, true wireless earbuds, soundbars, and gaming headsets.
JBL new products were unveiled at Sound Amplified on September 23 at Élan by the Bay in Parañaque City, with the JBL Pulse 6, joined by new additions to the PartyBox, Cove, Cinema, Tune, Wave, and Quantum families.
The latest lineup covers a broad range of listening needs, from portable speakers made for everyday use and outdoor gatherings to larger PartyBox systems, home audio products for music and TV, true wireless earbuds for daily listening, and gaming headsets built for immersive play.
JBL Pulse 6
The JBL Pulse 6 is the headline product of the launch and the latest version of JBL's light-and-sound portable speaker. It combines JBL Legendary Sound with AI Sound Boost, while retaining the speaker's signature 360-degree lighting system. The new model adds an illuminated handle and new lighting effects that react to the music.
JBL has also added more lighting options beyond the usual party effects. Sunset Mode gradually reduces the lighting for a more relaxed atmosphere, while Bedside Lamp provides a softer glow activated with a double tap.
The Pulse 6 offers up to 12 hours of playtime and carries an IP68 rating for water and dust resistance, making it suitable for both indoor and outdoor use.
Users can control and customize the speaker through the JBL One app. It also supports Auracast™ connectivity, allowing compatible JBL speakers to be linked together. Select PartyBox speakers and JBL PartyLight products can also be synchronized to create a larger combined sound-and-light setup.
New PartyBox
JBL is also expanding its PartyBox range with the PartyBox 330 and PartyBox Ultimate 2. The PartyBox 330 features deeper bass, clearer highs, and a redesigned lightshow that responds to music. It offers up to 18 hours of playback, easier mobility, karaoke-ready inputs, and compatibility with JBL EasySing Mics.

At the higher end, the PartyBox Ultimate 2 is equipped with 1,500W of JBL Legendary Sound, representing more than a 36 percent increase over its predecessor, according to JBL.

The speaker uses an upgraded acoustic system with professional-grade tweeters, mid-range drivers, and woofers. JBL says the setup is designed to improve bass, vocals, and overall detail. Other features include a full-panel lightshow, touchscreen controls, built-in EasySing AI Vocal Removal, and interactive party games.
JBL introduces Cove for whole-home audio
JBL is entering the whole-home Wi-Fi audio category with the new Cove M1, Cove P1, and Cove X1. The three speakers can be used individually, paired for stereo playback, or connected as part of a multi-room system. Through the JBL One app, users can play the same music throughout the house or assign different content to different rooms.

The Cove P1 provides up to 14 hours of battery life, while both the P1 and X1 support Dolby Atmos. Another feature called Music Follows Me allows users to move playback from one room to another using the Moment button, without needing to open an app. The Cove speakers can also work with compatible JBL Bar Series MK2 soundbars, giving users a way to expand a home audio setup across music and TV entertainment.
New Cinema soundbars
For television and movie viewing, JBL introduced the Cinema SB510MK2 and Cinema SB550MK2. Both models feature dedicated center channels, Dolby Audio®, and straightforward connectivity.
The Cinema SB510MK2 delivers 200W of output and uses an all-in-one design with a built-in subwoofer. The SB550MK2 increases output to 360W and adds a separate wireless subwoofer.
JBL's SurroundPlay technology also allows users to connect compatible JBL portable speakers wirelessly as rear surround channels. At launch, the JBL Flip 7 is the compatible portable speaker for this feature.
Tune 3 and Wave 3
The new Tune Beam 3, Tune Buds 3, and Tune Flex 3 make up JBL's latest Tune generation. The three models feature JBL Pure Bass Sound, spatial audio, adaptive noise cancelling, and six built-in microphones with beamforming technology for calls. Users can further customize the audio experience through the JBL Headphones app. JBL rates the Tune 3 series at up to 48 hours of total playback.
Fit options remain one of the main differences between the models. The Tune Beam 3 and Tune Buds 3 use a more sealed in-ear design, while the Tune Flex 3 lets users switch between open and sealing ear tips.
For everyday listening, JBL has also introduced the Wave Beam 3, Wave Buds 3, and Wave Flex 3.
The Wave 3 lineup offers JBL Deep Bass Sound, up to 40 hours of total playback, clear calls, and easy connectivity.
The Wave Beam 3 and Wave Buds 3 include Active Noise Cancelling with Smart Ambient. The open-style Wave Flex 3 uses Active Noise Reduction with Smart Ambient, allowing users to stay more aware of their surroundings.
JBL new Quantum Gaming headsets
JBL also expanded its gaming portfolio with the Quantum 120 and Quantum 520. Both headsets support JBL Quantum Spatial Sound and customizable audio through JBL QuantumENGINE. For multiplayer gaming, both models include a detachable 6mm cardioid boom microphone designed for clearer voice communication.
The Quantum 120 uses a wired connection and supports multiple platforms, while the wireless Quantum 520 offers up to 37 hours of playback. JBL is also offering new colorways for the gaming lineup.
With the latest releases, JBL is expanding beyond individual speaker categories and building a wider ecosystem across portable audio, home entertainment, personal listening, parties, and gaming.
The launch also highlights JBL's push toward connected audio, with features such as Auracast, Music Follows Me, SurroundPlay, Dolby Atmos, adaptive noise cancelling, spatial audio, and JBL's app-based controls appearing across different parts of the lineup.
Availability and Philippine pricing for the new products will depend on the respective model and local rollout.
