Dani Barretto Showcases Smart Yale Home Solutions at ACE Builders SM City Fairview

Yale Home Philippines has brought its latest smart locks and home safes to ACE Builders, SM City Fairview, for the third leg of its nationwide campaign, with entrepreneur and lifestyle advocate Dani Barretto joining the event as its Ambassador.

Held on October 15, 2026, the activation gives shoppers a chance to try Yale's security products through hands-on demonstrations. The lineup includes smart locks with fingerprint, facial recognition, and touchless palm scanning, along with safes designed to protect valuables at home or in the office.

Organized by Yale Home Philippines, under global access solutions company ASSA ABLOY, in partnership with ACE Hardware Philippines, the event carries the theme “Yale: The New Generation — Experience Security Beyond the Key.” The pop-up runs until October 31, 2026, with promotional offers on selected products.

Dani Barretto Talks About Smart Home Security
As a mother and entrepreneur, Barretto shared how home security fits into her approach to family wellness and everyday life.“For me, wellness isn't just about meditation or healthy living—it starts right at home when you feel safe, secure, and stress-free. The pop-up features working door installations where visitors can test Yale's products and see how they address common concerns, including lost keys, busy hands, family access, unexpected visitors, and checking whether doors are locked.

Yale Luna Elite+: Seven Ways to Unlock

The Yale Luna Elite+ is the flagship smart lock featured at the event and Barretto's preferred choice for her home. It features touchless PalmScan technology and 3D FaceScan for hands-free access, along with five other entry options: PIN, RFID, fingerprint, app control, and mechanical backup keys. The lock is designed to recognize registered users even in low-light conditions and when wearing caps or glasses.

Yale Uno: Convenient Fingerprint Access

The Yale Uno offers a simpler keyless entry option, with a fingerprint scanner built into the handle's thumb-grip area. Users can scan their fingerprints, turn the handle, and open the door in one motion. Its compact, all-black design makes it suitable for condo owners and households looking for a straightforward upgrade from traditional locks.

Yale YDL325 Series: Added Interior Safety

The Yale YDL325 Series features a Panic Release function that automatically unlocks the door when the inner lever is pushed downward. Available in square and circular designs, it is designed for bedrooms, home offices, and children's rooms.

Yale Solis Safes: Protecting Valuables

The Yale Solis Safes collection offers storage options for gadgets, important documents, and other valuables. Its features include rust-resistant solid-steel construction, 20mm motorized bolts, six protective steel layers, a three-minute tamper lockout alarm, USB-C emergency power, and automatic interior LED lighting. The range includes the Solis 230L, 250, 400, and 560 to accommodate different storage needs. Yale also plans to introduce a dedicated Firearm Safe line.

Yale Home App: Connected Security

The Yale Home App supports real-time door alerts, two-way communication through the 4.7-inch Digital Door Viewer screen, and Bluetooth-based Auto-Unlock.

TeknoGadyet editor Anjie Lou delos Reyes highlighted how connected security can simplify everyday routines. “Honestly, once you start setting up your home with smart tech, there’s really no going back! For us, it’s all about removing those small everyday frictions,”

He also pointed to the lock's operating mechanism as another consideration for homeowners. “Older digital locks rely on noisy 2-to-3-second backpack mechanisms. Yale's fully automatic lock-case architecture delivers whisper-quiet unlocking in under one second. What you don't see matters too.”

Yale Home Philippines and ACE Hardware are offering discounts on selected products as part of the campaign. The October 15 launch featured a one-day 50% discount on selected products at ACE Builders, SM City Fairview. From October 16 to 31, shoppers can get up to 30% off selected Yale products at ACE Hardware stores nationwide.
