Xiaomi announced the release of its first and much-anticipated RedmiBook 15 in the Philippines which offers competitive software and hardware performance. Powered by 11th Generation Intel Core processor.
With two options, the RedmiBook 15 uses the 11th Generation Intel Core i3-1115G4 processor, and an 11th Generation Intel Core i5-11300H processor in both configurations. It comes with 8GB DDR4 RAM (up to 3,200MHz) for both core i3 and core i5 models. With 512GB NVMe PCIe SSD internal storage of the i5 model provides fast data transfers, whether on cloud systems or to a personal backup drive, making data backup easier than ever. Along with Intel UHD Graphics in the i3 model, Intel Iris Xe Graphics in the i5 model provide fluid operation.
The elegant sleek Charcoal Gray design of the RedmiBook 15 has been integrated with increased efficiency for the workplace. It features a 15.6-inch panel with a 1,920 x 1,080p FHD anti-glare display that supports DC Dimming, ensuring flicker-free operation even at low light levels.
It runs on Microsoft Windows 11 Home with a lifetime OTA of software updates. Its spacious 126 mm by 82.6 mm touchpad is supported by Microsoft PTP, for an accurate touch feel. It has10 hours of battery life thanks to 46Whr battery capacity, Additionally, the Fn+K combo key makes it simple to toggle between Silent and Balance modes.
Connectivity wise the RedmiBook 15 includes dual-band Wi-Fi and Bluetooth, as well as multiple I/O ports, including USB 3.0, HDMI 1.4, a Realtek RTS5176 card reader, and an audio jack. Onboard the device are 2W stereo speakers with DTS tuning for video calls and a built-in HD 720p camera.
Pricing and availability
RedmiBook 15 is priced at ₱26,999 for the Intel Core i3-1115G4 processor (8GB+256GB) variant while the RedmiBook 15 Intel Core i5-11300H processor (8GB+512GB) version is priced at ₱37,999. Both variants are available at all Authorized Xiaomi stores and online on official Lazada and Shopee stores.
