FUJIFILM X-H2

Fujifilm's latest mirrorless digital camera the FUJIFILM X-H2 is now official. It's the newest member of Fujifilm's X Series of ultra-compact cameras, known for its outstanding image quality thanks to Fujifilm's innovative color reproduction technology.

The X-H2 is a new flagship model that can capture both high-resolution stills and high-definition 8K/30P video thanks to its back-illuminated 40.2MP "X-Trans CMOS 5 HR"*1 sensor and the high-speed "X-Processor 5". It extends photographic and videographic coverage of the X Series further to cater to diverse user needs.

The X-H2 is equipped with the 40.2MP APS-C sensor, capable of producing high-resolution images and videos, while its 1/180000 sec shutter speed and ISO125 standard sensitivity widen its photographic range. The X-H2 is the first APS-C camera with 8K/30P video recording. It's packed with capabilities to assist high-quality video creation in a variety of settings, including subject-detection AF to detect animals, birds, etc. with AI and five-axis in-body image stabilization (IBIS) that gives up to 7.0-stops of image stabilization.

First X Series camera with Pixel Shift Multi-Shot, which quadruples image resolution and creates correct color. IBIS shifts the image sensor with high precision to shoot 20 frames with a single shutter click. "Pixel Shift Combiner" processes collected frames to create an image with 160 million pixels, appropriate for commercial photography and digital archiving of cultural assets.

The X-H2 has 19 Film Simulation settings, including "Nostalgic Neg." Film Simulation presets are available for different subject kinds and scenes. The camera supports HEIF, which records 10-bit photos at 70% the size of a JPEG file. It efficiently stores high-quality image data.
