Xiaomi Launched Xiaomi 13T, 13T Pro: Features Summicron Lenses Co-engineered with Leica

Xiaomi unveiled the much-anticipated Xiaomi 13T Series, which includes the Xiaomi 13T and Xiaomi 13T Pro. It incorporates professional optical lenses from Leica and delivers authentic Leica imagery that captures the essence of the iconic Leica experience.

The Xiaomi 13T Series introduces professional-grade photography capabilities. Both the Xiaomi 13T Pro and Xiaomi 13T feature a triple camera setup equipped with Summicron lenses co-engineered with Leica.

This camera setup comprises a 50-megapixel wide-angle camera with a 24mm equivalent focal length and a 7P aspherical lens designed to enhance light capture, supporting high-dynamic range shooting. Additionally, there's a 50-megapixel telephoto lens with a 50mm equivalent focal length.

For panoramic shots and capturing expansive landscapes, there's a 12-megapixel ultra-wide-angle camera with a 15mm equivalent focal length. With 100% DCI-P3 support, both the Xiaomi 13T Pro and Xiaomi 13T cameras boast a broader color range, ensuring the capture of every enchanting moment with the timeless quality characteristic of Leica.

The Xiaomi 13T Series presents two Leica photographic styles: Leica Authentic Look and Leica Vibrant Look, offering striking imagery possibilities with natural color reproduction, strong contrast, and shadow definition. Six Leica filters, including the latest Leica Sepia and Leica Blue, pay homage to legendary Leica imagery.

The Xiaomi 13T Pro and Xiaomi 13T introduce four new Leica watermarks for diverse photo compositions. Additionally, the series features the Custom photographic styles function in Pro mode, allowing users to adjust Tone, Tonality, and Texture at the pre-set stage, retaining details and colors for personalized styles. Preferred presets can be saved for distinctive photographic expressions.

The Xiaomi 13T Pro is powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 9200+ chipset, with a fast Octa-core CPU that reaches up to 3.35GHz. It also boasts an integrated Arm Immortalis-G715 GPU, enhancing image processing and ensuring smooth gaming experiences without worrying about battery life.

On the other hand, the Xiaomi 13T is powered by a MediaTek Dimensity 8200 chipset, designed for outstanding power efficiency using the advanced TSMC 4nm process, resulting in enhancements in both CPU and GPU performance. To improve thermal dissipation in the Xiaomi 13T Series, a 5000mm(2) VC stainless steel soaking plate is incorporated, ensuring that the phones remain cool during operation.
