HONOR Philippines has officially launched the HONOR X9d 5G, expanding its X Series lineup with a smartphone built for real-world durability, long battery life, and everyday performance. Designed for users who rely on their smartphones daily, it highlights a tough build, a massive battery, and a capable camera system, making it a reliable option for daily use, entertainment, and work.

The phone comes with SGS Triple Resistant Premium Performance Certification and also carries the SGS 5-Star Comprehensive Reliability Certification. According to HONOR, this means the device has been tested to survive drops of up to 2.5 meters on certain surfaces.
To achieve this, HONOR uses its Ultra-Bounce Anti-Drop Technology, paired with Non-Newtonian fluid and ultra-tough deep tempered glass. The combination is designed to absorb impact and protect the phone from rough surfaces and unexpected drops that happen in daily use.
Water and dust protection are also part of the package. The HONOR X9d 5G features a three-layer water resistance structure with IP69K-level protection. It is built to handle splashes, heavy rain, rinsing, and even high-pressure water exposure. HONOR says the phone remains functional after being submerged in water for up to 30 minutes at a depth of 1.5 meters. Features like AI Heavy Rain Touch and AI Glove Touch help keep the screen responsive when the display is wet or when wearing gloves.

The HONOR X9d 5G is available in three color options: Reddish Brown, Sunrise Gold, and Midnight Black. It is priced at ₱17,999 during the pre-order period from January 9 to 23, with buyers also getting a chance to win a Tesla Cybertruck. After the promo period, the regular price is set at ₱18,999.
