Acer has announced two new additions to its Swift lineup: the Acer Swift Air 14 and Swift Spin 14 AI, both powered by the latest Intel processors and equipped with dedicated AI capabilities for improved productivity and on-device AI experiences.
The new Acer Swift Air 14 (SFA14-I31) is designed for users who need a lightweight laptop for work, school, and travel. Weighing just 1.25kg and measuring as thin as 12.9mm, it features the latest Intel Core Series 3 processors, delivering up to 40 platform TOPS and a dedicated NPU with up to 17 TOPS for AI workloads.
The laptop sports a 14-inch WUXGA display with a 120Hz refresh rate and 100% sRGB color coverage, paired with quad speakers featuring DTS X:Ultra audio. Acer claims up to 19 hours of battery life, while fast charging can restore up to 50% battery in just 30 minutes. It also includes a 1080p IR camera with Windows Hello support, Wi-Fi 6E, Bluetooth 5.3, dual USB-C ports, and a USB-A port.
For users seeking more performance and flexibility, Acer introduced the Swift Spin 14 AI (SFSP14-I51T). Powered by up to an Intel Core Ultra 9 386H processor, the convertible laptop delivers up to 100 platform TOPS and features a dedicated NPU capable of up to 50 TOPS.
The Swift Spin 14 AI comes with a 360-degree hinge, allowing it to switch between laptop, presentation, display, and tablet modes. Its 14-inch WUXGA IPS touchscreen supports a 120Hz refresh rate and optional Acer Active Stylus with Wacom AES 2.0 technology and 4,096 pressure levels.
Acer says the device can provide up to 26 hours of battery life and includes premium features such as Wi-Fi 7, Bluetooth 5.4, dual Thunderbolt 4 ports, HDMI 2.1, a microSD card reader, a 5MP IR camera, fingerprint reader, and MIL-STD-810H durability certification.
Both laptops feature a dedicated Copilot key and Acer's suite of AI-powered tools, including AcerSense, Acer Intelligence Space, Acer QR Capture, Acer AI Image Generator, and Acer Video Speed Controller. The Swift Spin 14 AI is also a Windows 11 Copilot+ PC, enabling Microsoft's latest AI-powered experiences.
Acer has yet to announce local pricing and availability. Specifications and configurations will vary by market.
