HONOR has highlighted the sports and fitness features of the HONOR Watch 6, which supports more than 120 sports modes and dedicated tools for activities such as running, football, badminton, cycling, and more. For football, the HONOR Watch 6 includes a Football Professional Mode that records steps, distance, sprint speed, average speed, and segment data. Heat maps and movement analysis are also available through the companion app.
Badminton Professional Mode provides data across five areas and nine core metrics. These include swing count, swing speed, shot power, forehand and backhand ratio, and stroke types.
The watch also includes a Professional Running Coach for runners. Its features include lactate threshold heart rate monitoring, real-time AI voice guidance, heart rate and pace targets, and running posture analysis.
GPS and Outdoor Activity Tracking
For outdoor activities, the HONOR Watch 6 uses the HONOR AccuTrack System, which combines a GNSS chip with dual-band GPS technology. The watch supports dual-frequency independent positioning for up to 42 hours and includes 3D distance measurement.
These features are designed for activities where location and distance tracking are important, including trail running, mountaineering, and cycling. Battery life is rated at up to 35 days in long-endurance scenarios and up to 17 days under typical usage. The watch uses a 980mAh battery.

Body Energy and Recovery Tracking
Sports tracking is accompanied by wellness features, including Body Energy Assessment. The feature uses information such as heart rate, heart rate variability (HRV), sleep, and stress to provide an indication of the user's energy level. The data can be used alongside activity tracking to help users monitor exercise and recovery.
