Lenovo has expanded its gaming lineup with two LOQ Essential laptops, the LOQ Tower 17IRH11 desktop, and two 27-inch Legion gaming monitors. The new devices cater to a wide range of users, from students and first-time PC gamers to competitive players looking for higher refresh rates and dedicated graphics.LOQ remains Lenovo’s more accessible gaming range, while Legion is aimed at enthusiasts, creators, and competitive players. Lenovo is also an official Founding Partner of the Esports World Cup, supplying Legion gaming hardware for the competition.

Lenovo LOQ Essential 15IPH11
The LOQ Essential 15IPH11 is designed for users who need one laptop for school, everyday work, content creation, and gaming. It uses an Intel Core Ultra Series 3 processor with integrated Intel Arc graphics and unified memory architecture, allowing the CPU and GPU to share system memory dynamically.
The Arc graphics support hardware-accelerated ray tracing and Intel XeSS AI-powered upscaling, while the NPU handles local AI processing for supported workloads. The integrated design also reduces power and thermal demands compared with a discrete GPU, with Lenovo rating its 60Wh battery for up to 21 hours.
Its 15.3-inch WUXGA IPS display has a 16:10 aspect ratio, up to a 165Hz refresh rate, 100% sRGB coverage, 300 nits brightness, and 3ms overdrive response time. The chassis is 10% lighter and slimmer than its predecessor and supports 65W–100W USB-C charging through Thunderbolt 4.
Configurations go up to 16GB of 9600MT/s LPDDR5x memory and a 1TB M.2 2242 PCIe Gen4 SSD. Other features include a 5MP QHD webcam with IR and E-Shutter, TrueStrike keyboard, optional 1-zone RGB lighting, and 100% anti-ghosting.
Ports include USB-A, Thunderbolt 4 USB-C, HDMI 2.1, RJ45, and an audio combo jack. Wireless connectivity includes Wi-Fi 6 and Bluetooth 5.3. It comes in Luna Grey and Eclipse Black, measures 344.9 x 254.83 x 20.9–23.25mm, and weighs approximately 2.1kg.
Lenovo LOQ Essential 15IRH11
The LOQ Essential 15IRH11 offers a more conventional gaming setup with up to an Intel Core 7 230H processor and NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3050 Laptop GPU with 6GB GDDR6 and up to 75W of power, including a 15W boost.
It shares the 15.3-inch WUXGA 16:10 display of the 15IPH11, including up to 165Hz, 100% sRGB, 300 nits brightness, and 3ms overdrive response time. It is also 10% lighter and slimmer than its predecessor.
Memory goes up to 32GB of 5200MT/s DDR5, and storage up to 1TB M.2 2242 PCIe Gen4 SSD. A 720p HD webcam with E-Shutter and TrueStrike keyboard are included, with single-backlit purple lighting.
Connectivity is similar to the 15IPH11, with USB-A, USB-C, HDMI 2.1, RJ45, DC-In, and an audio combo jack, alongside Wi-Fi 6 and Bluetooth 5.3. It's available in Luna Grey and Eclipse Black.
Lenovo LOQ Tower 17IRH11
For gamers who prefer a desktop, the LOQ Tower 17IRH11 comes with up to an Intel Core 7 230H processor and NVIDIA GeForce RTX 5060 Ti Desktop GPU with 8GB GDDR7 and up to 759 AI TOPS.
The RTX 50 Series is based on NVIDIA Blackwell architecture and supports technologies including DLSS 4.5 and NVIDIA Studio.
The system supports up to 32GB of 5200MT/s DDR5 memory and a 1TB M.2 2280 PCIe Gen4 SSD, with additional internal storage expansion. Tool-less Easy Upgrade Access makes adding or replacing components easier.
The 17-liter chassis measures 170 x 280 x 370mm and weighs about 6.08kg. A concealed air-duct design and selectable thermal modes are used to manage cooling, noise, and performance.
Connectivity includes up to Wi-Fi 7 and Bluetooth 5.4. The desktop has USB-A and USB-C ports on the front, with additional USB-A ports, 1G LAN, HDMI 2.1 TMDS, and audio out at the rear.
Nahimic Audio for Gamers provides 5.1-channel surround sound. The design combines a Luna Grey front bezel with a Raven Black chassis.
Lenovo Legion 27Q-20
The Legion 27Q-20 is built around a 27-inch QHD IPS panel with 2560 x 1440 resolution and a native 320Hz refresh rate. Response time is rated at 1ms GtG and 0.5ms MPRT.
It supports AMD FreeSync Premium, VESA Adaptive Sync, and NVIDIA G-SYNC Compatible. Focus View provides a 24.5-inch competitive viewport with darkened side borders.
Color coverage reaches 99% sRGB and 95% DCI-P3, with factory-calibrated Delta E < 2 accuracy. The monitor supports 1.07 billion colors, 10-bit color through 8-bit + FRC, 400 nits brightness, and VESA DisplayHDR 400. Connectivity consists of two HDMI 2.1 FRL ports and one DisplayPort 1.4.
Lenovo Legion 27U-20
The Legion 27U-20 uses the same 27-inch IPS format but adds a Dual Mode display. It can run at 3840 x 2160 resolution at 180Hz or switch to Full HD at 360Hz when higher refresh rates are preferred.
Response time is 1ms GtG and 0.5ms MPRT. Like the 27Q-20, it offers 99% sRGB, 95% DCI-P3, Delta E < 2 factory calibration, 1.07 billion colors, 10-bit color depth through 8-bit + FRC, 400 nits brightness, and DisplayHDR 400.
It also supports AMD FreeSync Premium, VESA Adaptive Sync, NVIDIA G-SYNC Compatible, Picture-in-Picture, and Picture-by-Picture.
Connectivity is more extensive, with two USB-C, two USB-A, one USB-B, two HDMI 2.1, and one DisplayPort 1.4, plus an integrated USB hub.
Shared Legion Monitor Features
Both Legion monitors use 3-sided near-edgeless designs, WLED backlighting, and 178° horizontal and vertical viewing angles. They also include TÜV Rheinland Low Blue Light hardware technology, Eyesafe Display certification, and stands with height, tilt, pivot, and swivel adjustments.
Legion Space provides access to AI-powered tools such as AI Crosshair, Game Companion, AI Walkthrough, and Win-Moment Show for supported gaming scenarios.
A Wider Range of Gaming Options
The new lineup gives Lenovo a clearer range of choices for different types of gamers. The LOQ Essential 15IPH11 focuses on portability, battery life, and integrated graphics, while the 15IRH11 adds dedicated RTX 3050 graphics.
The LOQ Tower 17IRH11 moves into higher desktop performance with an RTX 5060 Ti and an upgrade-friendly design. On the monitor side, the Legion 27Q-20 targets competitive gaming with QHD at 320Hz, while the 27U-20 offers more flexibility with 4K at 180Hz or Full HD at 360Hz.
Rather than pushing every model toward the same performance level, Lenovo is covering different starting points—from students and first-time PC gamers to users building more capable gaming setups.
