realme Announces “Upgrade to realme 8” Bundle Promo and Discounted After-sales Services!
Great news to all realme users, customers who purchase the new realme 8 smartphone between June 5 and 20, 2021 will receive a complimentary realme Powerbank 2i, valued at ₱790. All consumers have to do is show their old realme smartphone when they buy the new realme 8 at any authorized outlet across the country. Customers who upgrade to realme 8 during the promotional time will be able to redeem their freebie within 60 days of their purchase.
The realme 8, which debuted in May, is a good illustration of the brand's youth-driven innovation. Every 15th and 16th of the month, realme will have a Service Day, during which clients will receive a 10% discount on all maintenance services and a 5% discount on mainboard purchases. Customers who visit on these days will receive complimentary services such as system upgrades and phone inspections. There will also be freebies like phone covers and screen protector replacements available. In addition, clients who celebrate their birthdays on the 15th or 16th of the month will get a special present.
In addition to its Service Day services, realme has introduced an in-store campaign called "Fix It to Win It" at its Service Centers. Walk-in clients may receive savings of up to 15% on all after-sales services if they complete a set of challenges, such as Rubik's Cube and Sudoku puzzles, as part of this promotion. This campaign will until September 29, 2021.
Additionally, realme is giving customers the option to extend warranty periods on all realme devices, including smartphones and AIoT products, under the realme Care program. Customers can opt to purchase coverage for 3, 6, or 12 months at corresponding rates to be able to enjoy longer warranty periods for their prized realme gadgets. Warranty extensions for broken screens are also offered under the said after-sales program.
