At the Future of Education Technology Conference (FETC) 2025, Lenovo introduced its latest education-focused devices, designed to enhance digital learning for students and teachers.
 
These new laptops, running Windows 11 or ChromeOS, are built for flexibility, collaboration, and AI-driven productivity. Lenovo also showcased these innovations at Bett 2025, where the company explored AI’s role in education and announced a new STEM learning partnership with Ducati.

Technology That Adapts to Modern Classrooms
Lenovo recognizes the evolving needs of education, offering devices that are durable, reliable, and AI-enhanced to support both classroom and remote learning. According to Stuart King, Executive Director and Global Head of Education Segment at Lenovo, the company aims to provide IT administrators, educators, and students with technology that improves learning experiences and teaching efficiency.

The latest lineup includes:

Lenovo 13w 2-in-1 Gen 3 – A versatile convertible laptop with up to Intel® Core 5 processors, brighter 400-nit display, and AI-powered audio for better sound quality. It meets Mil-Spec 810H durability standards and offers repairable components like USB-C ports, battery, and speaker.

Lenovo 500w, 300w, and 100w Gen 5 – Designed for students, these laptops come with Intel Processor Core 3 N350, Corning Gorilla Glass displays, and AI-enhanced microphones for better video collaboration. The Lenovo Pencil Touch feature allows students to use a regular pencil as a stylus on select models.

Lenovo Smart Charger – A compact charging solution that powers up to five USB-C devices simultaneously, making it ideal for classrooms.

Lenovo Device Intelligence (LDI) for Education – Now available for ChromeOS, this AI-powered system predicts and prevents Chromebook issues in schools, helping IT teams manage large fleets efficiently through Google Admin Console integration.

AI in Education and Lenovo’s Role at Bett 2025
As Bett 2025’s Global AI Partner, Lenovo contributed to a major report, The Rise of AI in Education 2024, which surveyed UK teachers about AI’s impact on classrooms. The company also launched a multi-year partnership with Ducati, supporting its Fisica in Moto (Physics in Motion) initiative. This interactive STEM lab in Bologna, Italy, will use Lenovo’s ThinkPad workstations and ThinkVision monitors to give students hands-on learning experiences in physics and engineering.

Lenovo experts also led discussions on AI, privacy, STEM education, and sustainability at Bett 2025, emphasizing the role of technology in shaping the future workforce.
