A 2024 survey by the Boston Consulting Group and the Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) revealed that most MSMEs are eager to grow. About 72% want to expand their workforce, and 82% want to upskill their employees. However, 46% said they are experiencing a talent crisis. There’s high demand for workers, but quality candidates remain hard to find.
To support business owners and help address these challenges, Jobstreet by SEEK organized the MSME Summit, an event designed to equip entrepreneurs with the tools, insights, and confidence to compete in today’s fast-changing business landscape.
