Acer has reached a major milestone in the Philippines, celebrating 20 years as the country’s No. 1 laptop brand. From 2006 to 2025, the company has held the top spot in the local market, showing how strong its presence has become among Filipino users.

The recognition is backed by the IDC Quarterly Personal Computing Device Tracker, Q4 2025, one of the most trusted global sources for technology market data. Over the years, Acer has continued to grow its share in the Philippine laptop market while staying a familiar name for students, professionals, and gamers.

In 2025, Acer also achieved its highest consumer laptop market share yet at 37.3%, according to Nielsen-GfK data. The brand showed strong results across different segments, including gaming and non-gaming laptops.

Acer recorded 40.5% market share in consumer gaming laptops and 36.1% in non-gaming laptops, highlighting its strong demand in both categories.
