PLDT Home Fiber Prepaid users now have another convenient way to reload their internet through the Maya app and Maya Business Centers nationwide.
The new partnership gives customers more flexibility when managing their home internet, especially for users who already rely on Maya for bills payments, money transfers, and online shopping. Instead of searching for physical reload cards or other payment channels, users can now reload directly from the Maya app in just a few taps.
For households that still prefer over-the-counter transactions, nearby Maya Business Centers can also process PLDT Home Fiber Prepaid reloads. It’s a practical option for communities where cash payments remain more common, while also helping small retailers earn additional income through digital services.
“By expanding our loading channels through Maya’s consumer app and Maya Business Center retailer network, we’re making PLDT Home Fiber Prepaid more accessible, flexible, and aligned with how Filipinos live and use digital payments today,” says John Y. Palanca, PLDT Senior Vice President and Head of Consumer Business.
Maya also highlighted how digital payments continue to make essential services more accessible across different communities.
“Digital payments play an important role in expanding access to essential services,” said Renan Santiago, Head of Retail & MSME Maya Business. “Enabling PLDT Home Fiber Prepaid on Maya gives customers a simple, cashless way to manage their home connectivity while supporting our initiatives to make digital payments inclusive across communities, whether via online or Maya Business Centers.”
Reloading through the Maya app is straightforward. Users simply need to open the app, tap the Shop tile, select Broadband, choose PLDT Home Fiber Prepaid, pick their preferred load, enter their account number, and complete the payment.
Once payment is confirmed, the load is instantly credited to the account, allowing users to continue using their fiber connection without interruption. Customers can also check their myHome account for purchase details.
PLDT Home says it will continue expanding both digital and over-the-counter channels to make reliable and affordable internet more accessible to Filipino households nationwide.
