ASUS No. 1 Quality & Service Program
As the new school year start, many students are looking for a laptop that can handle daily classes, research, projects, and even some entertainment after school hours. While specs and performance usually get most of the attention, warranty coverage and after-sales support can be just as important in the long run.

ASUS No. 1 Quality & Service Program
Starting June 8, 2026, ASUS Philippines is expanding its support offerings through the ASUS No. 1 Quality & Service Program. The initiative aims to give students, creators, gamers, and young professionals extra confidence when investing in a new device by offering enhanced warranty coverage, preventive maintenance services, and improved customer support.

More Than Just Hardware
A laptop often becomes a student's everyday companion. It's used for online classes, group projects, presentations, content creation, and countless browser tabs open at the same time. When something goes wrong, having reliable support can save a lot of stress.

Through the ASUS No. 1 Quality & Service Program, ASUS is strengthening its focus on ownership experience, not just hardware specifications.

The program combines ASUS' product quality, premium craftsmanship, and US Military Grade durability standards with expanded service benefits designed to help customers get more value from their devices over time.

Enhanced Warranty Coverage for 2026
One of the biggest updates is the expanded warranty coverage across several ASUS and ROG product lines. Flagship ASUS laptops including the ProArt, Zenbook, Vivobook S, Vivobook Flip, and ROG gaming laptop series will now include a 3-Year International and Local Warranty.

Meanwhile, ASUS and ROG desktop PCs, along with ASUS All-in-One PCs, will continue to come with a 3-Year Local Warranty. For users choosing Vivobook, Vivobook Go, ASUS Series, ASUS Gaming, TUF Gaming laptops, and ROG Ally gaming handhelds, the devices will continue to include a 2-Year International and Local Warranty.

ASUS is also keeping its 1-Year Local Accidental Damage Protection (LADP), also known as ASUS Perfect Warranty, for eligible laptops and handheld gaming devices. This covers accidental customer-induced damage that is not normally included under the standard manufacturer's warranty.

Free Preventive Maintenance Services
Another welcome addition is the upgraded ASUS Preventive Maintenance service. Eligible ASUS and ROG laptops, desktops, All-in-One PCs, and handheld devices can now receive up to six free preventive maintenance sessions during the warranty period.

These services include professional device cleaning and general maintenance to help keep systems running properly. Customers can claim up to two preventive maintenance services per year through participating ASUS service centers.

For students and users who rely heavily on their devices every day, regular cleaning can make a noticeable difference, especially for laptops that spend long hours inside backpacks and classrooms.

Longer Replacement Window
ASUS is also extending its replacement period from seven days to fourteen days. This gives customers more time to identify and report eligible product concerns after purchase, providing additional peace of mind during the early stages of ownership.

On-Site Service for More Flagship Devices
Bringing a laptop to a service center isn't always convenient, especially for busy students and professionals. To address this, ASUS is expanding its Local On-Site Service support. Owners of ProArt, Zenbook, Vivobook S, Vivobook Flip, and ROG gaming laptops can now qualify for on-site service, allowing support teams to assist without requiring customers to bring their devices to a service center. ASUS and ROG desktop and All-in-One PC users will continue to enjoy the same on-site support benefits.

Support That Goes Beyond the Philippines
For users who travel frequently or work remotely, ASUS' international support network remains one of the program's biggest advantages. The company currently provides access to:

More than 100 authorized service centers across the Philippines
Coverage in over 90 countries worldwide
Access to parts, labor, and technical support through ASUS' international service network

This means users can still receive assistance even when they're away from home, which can be especially useful for students studying abroad or professionals who travel regularly.

Availability
The 2026 Enhanced Warranty Packages under the ASUS No. 1 Quality & Service Program are available for eligible ASUS and ROG products purchased and activated through authorized retailers in the Philippines starting June 8, 2026.
