POCO is bringing serious flagship hardware to its latest F Series smartphones. The new POCO F9 Ultra and POCO F9 Pro are built for users who want fast gaming, smooth displays, capable cameras, and long battery life without compromising on performance.
With support for up to 185FPS gaming, 185Hz AMOLED displays, 200MP cameras, and fast HyperCharge, the new F Series packs plenty of high-end hardware into two distinct packages.
Flagship Performance for Gaming
Both POCO F9 Series phones use Qualcomm’s latest flagship mobile platforms and are paired with the new VisionBoost D8 chipset. The POCO F9 Ultra is powered by the Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 Mobile Platform, while the POCO F9 Pro features the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 V-series processor.
The F9 Ultra recorded an AnTuTu score of 4,165,108, which POCO says is the highest ever recorded on a POCO smartphone. It also comes with up to 1TB of storage. The VisionBoost D8 enables Smart Frame Rate of up to 185FPS, while Smart Frame Rate and AI Super Resolution can run simultaneously for smoother motion and sharper details.
Through the WildBoost Engine, more than 20 games can run natively at 185FPS, while five additional games can reach the same frame rate through Smart Frame Rate. POCO says 185FPS provides 65 more frames per second than 120FPS and shortens the refresh interval by 3ms.
For gaming controls, both phones feature a 4,800Hz instant touch sampling rate, 480Hz 10-point touch sampling rate, and 200Hz gyro sampling rate. The POCO 3D IceLoop cooling system helps keep performance stable during demanding gaming sessions.
185Hz HyperRGB AMOLED Displays
Both models feature 185Hz POCO HyperRGB AMOLED displays. The F9 Ultra has a 6.9-inch screen, while the F9 Pro comes with a 6.59-inch display for a more compact form factor.
POCO HyperRGB uses a full RGB subpixel structure to deliver sharp and vibrant visuals while using less power. The displays also introduce the new M11 luminescent material, reaching up to 4,500 nits peak brightness across multiple scenarios and up to 10,000 nits for HDR content.
The phones also feature Xiaomi Vision Care, with both displays receiving TÜV Rheinland Quadruple Eye Care certification. The technology is designed to help reduce eye fatigue during extended reading, video watching, and scrolling.
Premium Designs
The F9 Ultra and F9 Pro have different visual touches. The F9 Ultra features a dynamic rear light that can show personalized effects for calls, notifications, gaming, and music.
The F9 Pro gets a full-panel luminous design on its Aurora Green variant. The panel can produce a soft glow in darkness after exposure to sunlight or indoor lighting, and users can create their own luminous patterns using a blue-violet laser pointer.
Sound by Bose
The F9 Series continues POCO’s partnership with Bose through Sound by Bose technology and joint acoustic tuning. The F9 Ultra features dual symmetrical 1115D master-grade stereo speakers paired with a large 1620 independent subwoofer, creating a 2.1-channel audio setup with deeper bass and a wider soundstage. The F9 Pro uses dual symmetrical 1115F super-linear stereo speakers with a Sealed Cavity Design for richer midrange, clearer highs, and detailed sound.
Both phones offer Dynamic and Balanced sound profiles. A new Game Audio mode also makes footsteps louder while retaining details such as gunfire and voices, helping gamers identify important directional audio cues.
Massive Battery Capacity and HyperCharge
The POCO F9 Ultra packs the largest battery in the POCO F Series at 8,050mAh. Its battery uses 16% silicon-carbon content and is designed to provide up to two days of battery life. The F9 Pro has a 6,330mAh battery designed for all-day use while maintaining its more compact form factor.
Both phones support 100W wired HyperCharge and 50W wireless HyperCharge. They also support 27W wired and 22.5W wireless reverse charging, allowing them to power other compatible devices.
200MP Cameras
The F9 Series introduces POCO’s first 200MP ultra-clear camera system with OIS. The high-resolution camera provides more flexibility for cropping, reframing, and editing photos after capture. Both models also feature a 32MP front camera. The F9 Ultra adds a 5x periscope telephoto camera with up to 10x lossless zoom and 20x AI Ultra Zoom.
The F9 Pro instead comes with a 50MP 2.5x floating telephoto camera that can focus from as close as 10cm, making it suitable for both close-up and distant subjects. Both phones support 4K Ultra HD video recording with Live Cinematography features, including automated focal transitions and fluid lens shifts.

The POCO F9 Series will be available through Shopee, with the Early Bird promotion running from September 1 to 16, 2026. The offer includes a free REDMI Buds 8 Active, 1+1 Years Warranty, and up to six months of screen replacement at any Xiaomi Service Center. Shopee Rebate is also available.

Available in Dark Cherry and Black, starting at ₱45,999 Early Bird for the 12GB+256GB model. The 16GB+512GB version is ₱48,999, while the 16GB+1TB model is ₱79,999 during the Early Bird period.
